CALEDONIAN Sleeper has released the first images of the finished interiors of its new train.
The Caledonian Sleeper website – sleeper.scot – has been counting down to introducing the first of 75 new carriages (costing £100million) from June, and is offering a booking window of 12 months.
The new trains were due to enter service on April 28, initially on the Lowlander route between London and Glasgow/Edinburgh.

They will subsequently debut on the Highlander route between London and Aberdeen, Inverness and Fort William on a date to be confirmed.
Testing of the new trains and staff training has been on-going, along with final fit out at Polmadie depot.
